Band of Bullies — When you feel like giving up!

OMG today is a tough day. I don’t talk about those tough days much because I try to be one of those people that firmly focus on the positive.

Focus on what I’m grateful for

I make an effort every day to try and look at life from a ‘glass half full’(/or full full!) and not the glass half empty.

Some days are harder than others but I work hard at this.

We live in a western world nowadays that has running water, gas, electricity and amenities that other impoverished parts of the world would kill for — and some do.

However, whilst we have materials in abundance, we in the west emotional richness — where you just have to look at the beaming smiles of poor children in India, Africa and Cambodia to be struck that something is missing in the West.
